Shipping policy

We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us. No vague timelines, no hidden fees, no fine print surprises. Here is how shipping works at Alefadago.


Order processing time

Once you place your order, we prepare it for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Contiguous United States (lower 48 states): All orders accepted

We do not ship to the following locations at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands)
  • Canada
  • International destinations outside the United States

Shipping options, costs, and delivery times

The following shipping options are available for orders to the contiguous United States:

  • Standard Shipping — Free on all orders to the contiguous US. Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days after the order ships.
  • Expedited Shipping — Not currently available. We ship standard only at this time.

Total estimated delivery time = processing time (1 to 3 business days) + shipping time (5 to 7 business days)

In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and time of year. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Free shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. No other shipping upgrades or express options are currently available.


Customs, duties, and taxes

All orders ship from within the United States. Because we only ship domestically to the contiguous US at this time, no customs processing, import duties, or international taxes apply to any order.

The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay for the product and shipping. There are no additional fees added after purchase.


Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If your tracking has not updated in several days, contact us at support@alefadago.com and we will look into it.


Shipping delays

Occasionally, things outside our control can slow delivery — weather events, carrier backlogs, or high-volume periods around holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@alefadago.com and we will help you find out what is going on.


Damaged or lost packages

We take every order seriously. If something goes wrong in transit, here is what to do:

  • Damaged items — Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Photo documentation is required for all damage claims. We will review and arrange a resolution as quickly as we can.
  • Lost packages — If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, contact us at support@alefadago.com. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to confirm the final status of the package. We will work with you to resolve the situation once we have a clear picture of what happened.
