We don't run 24/7 live chat. But we do actually reply — usually the same day on weekdays. If your question is about a return or a damaged item, mention it in your message and we'll make it a priority.

Orders and shipping — tracking numbers, delivery windows, address changes before an order ships.

Returns and refunds — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused chairs. No restocking fees.

Product questions — weight capacity, dimensions, which chair works for a specific use case.

Damaged or wrong items — if something arrived not as expected, let us know and we'll sort it out.
