We are based in Denver, Colorado. When you email us, you are reaching a real person — not a support ticket queue. We handle customer questions, order issues, and returns ourselves.
When to expect a reply

- Weekends and holidays: Within 24 to 48 hours
- Order issues and returns: Priority response
We do not run 24/7 live chat. But we do actually reply — usually the same day on weekdays. If your question is about a return or a damaged item, mention it in your message and we will make it a priority.

- Returns and refunds — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused chairs. No restocking fees.
