We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us — no vague timelines, no fine print surprises. Here's how shipping works at Alefadago.
Order Processing
Once you place your order, we prepare it for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time
After your order leaves our warehouse, standard delivery within the United States takes approximately 5–7 business days.
Total delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + shipping time (5–7 business days)
In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and time of year.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
Where we ship
We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, things outside our control can slow delivery down — weather events, carrier backlogs, or high-volume periods like holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out to us at support@alefadago.com and we'll help you figure out what's going on.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every order seriously. If something goes wrong in transit, here's what to do:
Damaged items — If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll review and arrange a replacement as quickly as we can.
Lost packages — If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us at support@alefadago.com. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to confirm the package's final status — carriers sometimes have additional information that isn't reflected online. We'll work with you to resolve the situation once we have a clear picture of what happened.
Note: Photo documentation is required for all damage claims. This helps us work with the carrier and get your issue resolved faster.
